New time-lapse footage has captured the demolition of Munro and Chichester House at North Devon District Hospital - condensing three months of work into one minute!
The buildings have been removed to make way for our new £22.7 million residences, which will provide modern, on-site staff and student accommodation at the hospital.
Funded by the national New Hospital Programme (NHP), through the Our Future Hospital (OFH) programme, the residences will provide 120 en-suite bedrooms, including four fully accessible family apartments and six single fully accessible rooms, with shared kitchen, living and dining spaces alongside various amenity spaces.
With construction work starting imminently, this film gives a fascinating insight into the project so far.
